BILINGUAL FIELD REPRESENTATIVE
Yakult is an internationally renowned probiotic beverage company that currently distributes in 32 countries around the world. Yakult USA is seeking a Field Representative with extensive merchandising and customer service experience who will support our sales efforts in the San Fernando Valley. This individual must be dynamic and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced, growing environment.

• The Field Representative will work from home and serves as a central point of contact and support for our merchandisers and demo personnel.



• Will support the Sales Area Managers in account management by managing field activities. This position will report directly to the Sales Assistant Manager.



• 90 % will be traveling to different Grocery stores meeting with Demo companies, store managers, dairy managers and Merchandisers training/educating them on our products.



• 10% admin work, complete daily, weekly, demo reports.
• Maintain route frequency for responsible territory as assigned to build/establish retail relationships.
• Rotate, re-stock shelves, clean shelves, remove expired or damaged product from shelves
• Monitor and maintain retail integrity and compliance on all store calls.
• Maximize efforts to ensure orders are placed before in-store Demonstrations
• Perform timely Demo visits according to calendar and evaluate demonstrator’s performance
• Communicate with supervisors and sales team on an ongoing basis.

• Able to work flexible schedule as needed. Schedule will require weekends and schedule will change each week. Thursday-Monday (off Tue, Wed)
• Spanish bilingual a must
• Experience in the food/beverage industry a plus
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Clean driving record is required – a background check will be conducted.
• Must have reliable transportation/Valid Auto Insurance
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. with no restrictions
• Willingness to travel
• Must be able to work with little supervision and a team player
