The Sales Data Coordinator reports to the Sales Planning and Key Account Manager this position will support National Accounts and Sales Planning Dept. with data collection, analysis and administrative support.

• Utilize various syndicated and retailer data sources (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, RetailLink) to create specific chain and category reports to assist with developing sales growth strategy.
• Manage day to day responsibilities of retailer portals and ensure 100% customer satisfaction on a consistent basis.
• Gathers, organizes and distributes reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Gather market research, case studies, templates and reports that demonstrate the viability of all proposed tactic or plan.
• Create, format, update and produce monthly department email newsletters.
• Maintains standard category reporting, POS/POP library and presentation library.
• Measure the efficacy of the Yakult USA marketing tactics. (Includes TV, Radio, Outdoor, Interactive/ Social and Event as required.)
• Assist with department budget tracking.
• Work cross functionally with other departments as needed.
• Assist in Trade Show planning and participation. Represent the company at events, trade shows and conferences, as required.

• A minimum of 3-5 years CPG sales analysis and CPG Sales/marketing experience.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, required; skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, a plus. Advanced Word (creation of templates and macros), Excel, PowerPoint (customized), and email (Outlook)
• Minimum of 1 year working with various syndicated and retailer data sources (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, RetailLink)
• Understanding of social and interactive media and their application to CPG sales strategy.
• Ability to manage a budget.
• Good interpersonal communication skills with ability to work independently
• Able to operate well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good project management skills.
• Willingness to travel
• Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.

• B.A. in, business and/or equivalent experience.
