• The Field Representative will work from home and serves as a central point of contact and support for our merchandisers and demo personnel.

• Traveling to different Grocery stores meeting with store managers, dairy managers and Merchandisers training/educating them on our products and providing marketing objectives and programs
• Admin work, complete daily, weekly and demo reports
• Rotate, re-stock shelves
• Clean shelves, remove expired or damaged product from shelves
• Meet sales objectives
• Utilize promotional materials in the stores
• Monitor and maintain retail integrity and compliance on all store calls
• Provide Grocery Store chain specific information and communication on daily basis as needed and as requested by supervisor
• Maximize efforts to ensure orders are placed before in-store demonstrations
• Perform timely Demo visits according to calendar
• Evaluate demonstrator’s performance and give appropriate feedback to sales department
• Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled with manager
• Maintains all company provided equipment and material in acceptable working order and condition
• Pick up/deliver product as needed

• Able to work flexible schedule as needed. Schedule will require weekends and schedule will change each week as needed. Thursday-Monday (off Tue, Wed)
• Spanish bilingual a must
• Experience in the food/beverage industry
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Clean driving record is required – a background check will be conducted
• Must have reliable transportation/Valid Auto Insurance
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. with no restrictions
• Computer literate and ability to proficiently navigate MS Outlook, Word and Excel is required
• Show a thorough understanding of the company and its products
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
• Must be able to work with little supervision
• Ability to be a self-starter
• Must be a team player and take initiative
