Ingredients
- 2 bottles of Yakult
- 4–5 butterfly pea flowers
- 2 oz hot water
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Juice from 1/4 lemon
How to make it
- Step1
- Prepare the butterfly pea flower tea by steeping the flowers in hot water for 3–5 minutes, until it reaches your desired shade of blue.
- Step2
- Remove the flowers and let the tea cool completely.
- Step3
- In a glass, pour in Yakult, then add lemon juice and sparkling water.
- Step4
- Slowly pour the cooled butterfly pea flower tea on top to create a layered effect.
- Step5
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.

- Mix and enjoy!
