Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Yakult
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or dragon fruit

How to make it

Step1
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Step2
Blend until smooth.
Step3
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
Suggested toppings: banana slices, fresh strawberries, blueberries or raspberries, granola, shredded coconut, and a drizzle of honey.
